Providing you with the best people for the best care
Tara Crosby is the nursing director at Patient Cenetered Care, LLC in Portsmouth, Virginia. She holds a multistate Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida. She received her Masters's Degree in Nursing Leadership and Administration from Capella University in 2016 where she graduated with Distinction and a Post Masters Degree in Nursing Education in 2018.

Tara is a U.S. Navy veteran and has a broad range of experience as a trauma-certified ER nurse, the previous owner of a Home Health Business in North Carolina, a nursing instructor, and the nursing program director for several colleges in the Hampton Roads area. Tara currently resides in Florida where she continues to be a nursing instructor, nurse consultant for nursing education & training, and owner of an IV Hydration and Wellness Lounge.
